Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.

In instances where products may unexpectedly become unavailable, we may exchange items on a like for like, or upgraded basis. In the event where these conditions cannot be met, a member of our sales team will contact you to discuss a replacement.

In instances where an out of stock item is ordered, or a quantity exceeds the current stock on hand, these will be placed on backorder. This will be reflected on the product page (where the product is out of stock), and on the cart page where the item will be shown as “Available on Backorder”, as well as on your Order Confirmation, Invoice, and Dispatch Note (this will show the quantity on backorder).

Backordered items can vary order to order, in cases where stock is imminently due, the order will be held until it can be dispatched in full, in other cases, or for Next Day orders, the order will be split with any in stock items dispatched, for the backorder items to be dispatched once in stock.

Stock can unexpectedly change before our webshop has chance to update, so a item may go into backorder without notice, this will be evident on your dispatch note with items “To Follow”.
