Shipping Policy
NextDay Shipping:
- Orders Under £100 – £6.00 inc VAT
- Orders Over £100 – FREE
Premium Shipping:
- Pre 12:00 – £12.00 inc VAT
Off-shore and Northern Scotland:
- Minimum order – £400 (FREE Standard Shipping)
Next day deliveries are only available Monday – Friday when ordered before 3PM, any orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day.
Pricing only applies to UK mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands. Off-shore shipping and shipments to the Scottish highlands will be calculated at checkout.
Next day delivery is unavailable in the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Norther Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.
Some couriers are not able to leave parcels unattended, for orders including a “safe place” in the delivery notes, we are unable to guarantee that parcels will be left in these locations.
For large orders that may require to be delivered by pallet, please specify in your order instructions if a tail-lift is required for delivery.
Please note, whilst we will always endeavour to despatch orders received before 3pm for next day delivery, there maybe times due to higher than expected demand where this may not be possible. On these occasions, please allow 2 days for delivery.
Some items are legally required to have age verification, these items will require a legal adult to accept the delivery in person, and may be required to present photo ID under Challenge 25 rules. If an adult is not present or fails to provide valid ID if requested, the item will return to the depot for 24 hours, during this time, you can contact our sales team to re-schedule the delivery, free of charge. If the delivery is not re-scheduled during this time frame, the item will automatically be returned to sender, please see Surcharges section for more information on items returned to sender.
In events where shipments need re-directing due to a change of address or an incorrectly entered address, or an items is returned to sender after failed delivery attempts, it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for any additional shipping costs. This includes shipments which need re-directing to another delivery depot. Shipments may not proceed further until these surcharges have been paid. In the event these are not paid, the shipment will be returned to sender where the usual returns policy will apply.
We are continually reviewing our shipping options and work closely with our carriers to provide the best value for shipments. Shipping options and fees are subject to change.
We are unable to guarantee timed or next day deliveries, any delays to shipments whilst in transit will be notified via SMS or email. If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact our sales team.
If your parcel has arrived damaged, please take a photograph of the parcel, the courier label, and its contents as soon as possible and contact our sales team.
